Hi, I'm Merilin -
your nature mindfulness guide!

I’ve spent many years practicing yoga and meditation, and throughout my journey, I’ve come to realize that my true calling is to help others reconnect—not only with themselves but with the natural world, realizing that we are a part of it. As a certified MediYoga instructor, Awake in the Wild Nature Meditation Teacher, and PhD student in biology, my work is rooted in the belief that nature holds the key to our well-being.

From a young age, I was immersed in nature, and it has always been a source of calm, clarity, and healing for me, even when life has come with its challenges. Over the years, I’ve seen how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices have helped me rediscover that sense of peace within myself - it has helped me reduce anxiety and find calm in stressful times of my life.

I guide individuals to slow down, tune in, and find balance—whether through mindful movement, meandering in nature, or simply taking a moment to breathe deeply and be present. My goal is to help you find harmony and a deeper connection with your body and the world around you. It brings me immense joy to witness the transformation that comes from people reconnecting with themselves and the natural world. I do believe that happier people take better care of themselves and the world around them.
